Guest speaker Travis Kellerman is the senior vice president of communications at Lavu Inc. Lavu makes point-of-sale software for restaurants and retailers that is based on an Apple iPad, with built-in connectivity to iPods or iPhones for servers to help control everything from inventory to data management. They have 40 employees in Albuquerque, recently signed a deal with major distributor and Fortune 100 company Ingram Micro Inc., have teamed up with Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares TV show, and are growing at an incredible rate.
