The May MVEDA Business in the Borderplex Forum will feature a panel of commercial real estate brokers discussing the changing real estate landscape in our area. Speakers include Kary Bulsterbaum of Steinborn/TCN Commercial Real Estate, Jake Redfearn of NAI 1st Valley, and Robert Ayoub, of MIMCO, Inc.

The forum will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces, 705 S. Telshor. The meeting will begin with a hot entrée buffet.

Advance registration is $25.00 per person, payable by major credit card via the secure portal on the registration form. Payment at the door with cash, check or credit card is $30.00 per person. Reservations are required. Registration closes Thursday, April 30, 2015.

About the Speakers
Kary Bulsterbaum is an Associate Broker at Steinborn/TCN Commercial Real Estate and is an active member of the Grady Oxford commercial team. He has over 12+ years of brokerage and industry related experience. In recent years Kary has completed multiple federal, state, and local transactions related to leasing, disposition, and acquisition.

Jake Redfearn is a principal at NAI 1st Valley and specializes in retail and investment properties. He has worked with and represents national companies such as Church’s Chicken, KFC, Sonic, US Bank, CVS, Denny’s, Arby’s, Hibbett Sports and others. Jake handles leasing responsibility for three of the largest retail centers in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Robert Ayoub is the President of MIMCO, Inc., a commercial real estate management and investment firm headquartered in El Paso. He has specialized in commercial development, leasing, and sales and has been actively involved in the commercial real estate market. MIMCO owns and manages a number of properties in Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico.
