Troy Greer, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Quality New Mexico, will be the featured presenter during the September MVEDA Business in the Borderplex luncheon. The luncheon will be held on Tuesday, September 4 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces, 705 S. Telshor. The meeting will begin with a hot entree buffet.

Quality New Mexico was born out of an idea by public officials and private business leaders that New Mexico should be “The Quality State” and develop a comprehensive strategy establishing and educating the state in quality principles and practices.  Eighteen years ago Quality New Mexico established the New Mexico Quality Awards program. To date, 711 New Mexico organizations have received formal recognition from the program. Effective 2012 the program has a new name – New Mexico Performance Excellence Awards.

Luncheon cost is $20.00 per person, payable by cash, check or major credit card. The meeting is open to the public. Due to space constraints, reservations are required.
