Governor Susana Martinez recently participated in the grand opening of Union Pacific’s Santa Teresa intermodal transportation facility on May 28th, which is expected to bring up to 600 new jobs to the area.
Union Pacific’s 400 million, 2,200-acre Santa Teresa Intermodal Ramp is a huge accomplishment for the region and for Union Pacific customers located throughout the Southwest. This endeavor will create a positive economic impact for the region and logistics efficiency along Union Pacific’s critical Sunset Route.
