The New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation announced its participation in National Disability Employment Awareness Month, an annual awareness campaign that takes place each October. The purpose of National Disability Employment Awareness Month is to educate about disability employment issues and celebrate the many and varied contributions of America’s workers with disabilities.
A job fair has been scheduled for October 7, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Las Cruces Convention Center; 680 E. University. Employers may register for a booth by contacting Camille Garduno at (575) 524-6135, ext. 101 or by email to Camille.garduno@state.nm.us.
The booth registration fee is a donation of diapers, baby toiletries, or baby blankets to benefit Jardin de los Ninos.
