MCS Ribbon Cutting

NM Economic Development Secretary Jon Barela, Governor Susana Martinez, Susan and Richard Master of MCS and Chris Lyons of Paseo del Norte Group cut the ribbon on MCS’s new facility.

On May 19, MCS Frames, the nation’s largest picture frame and decorative mirror manufacturer, inaugurated its new 215,000-square-foot distribution center on 14 acres in Santa Teresa’s West Park. The company will distribute its products throughout the world from this facility. When fully staffed, the company will have 43 full-time and seven part-time employees.  MCS also moved a printing operation from Pennsylvania to Santa Teresa as part of the project.  Additionally, the company will establish Styrofoam recycling centers in southern New Mexico, which it uses as part of its production process, making it the largest recycler of Styrofoam in the nation.

Attending the building inauguration as a special guest was New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez, who helped MCS CEO/President Richard Master cut the ribbon on the new facility.
