A new 183,000 sf building has been completed by Franklin Mountain Industrial. Located at 250 Constellation Drive in the Santa Teresa Airport Park, the distribution/manufacturing facility is close to the Union Pacific Railroad Intermodal Terminal.

“A bright spot in the current public health crisis is that construction on new buildings and infrastructure remains brisk in Santa Teresa,” said Jerry Pacheco, Senior Business Recruiter of the New Mexico Partnership and President of the Border Industrial Association.

MVEDA CEO Davin Lopez added, “It is welcoming to see new speculative development here in the NM Borderplex.  Developers are now recognizing the growth opportunities taking place here and are showing their confidence through direct investment.”

The Santa Teresa Industrial Parks in Doña Ana County provide a port of entry to San Jerónimo, Chihuahua, with short waiting periods and a 12-mile overweight zone surrounding the port of entry on the US/Mexico border for commercial, non-commercial, and pedestrian traffic. Customs and Border Protection process international aircraft operations at the Santa Teresa Doña Ana County Jetport and oversee the Doña Ana County Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ).
