Santa Teresa Gateway Rail Park The Santa Teresa Gateway Rail Park is in close proximity to the Doña Ana County International Jetport, the Union Pacific Railroad and five minutes from Interstate 10. Westpark Logistics Center The Westpark Logistics Center is the newest industrial park to form in one of the fastest growing industrial areas of New Mexico.  This park is a 166 acre park and will be one of the largest industrial parks in New Mexico. This uncongested border crossing eliminates the long waiting times associated with the border crossings in nearby El Paso and is the fastest route to southeast Juarez via the new four-lane Casas Grandes Highway. The Bi-National Park is adjacent to the new Foxconn electronics plant, Mexico’s larges manufacturing facility.
